2. The Power of orgasmic energy - KUNDA and understanding the silver triangle

Kunda, is the potential energy contained in our sacrum , pelvic floor and genitalia.

We will activate AGNISARA that is one of the most sacred secrets on tantra that will take you to activate the kunda. The kunda will be generated on Shushumna that is the connection to mother earth and to father universe. All the chakra system is there but also the connection to our existence. Hiroshi Mitomi said that a conscious touch can provoke an interconnection of skin by 200 miles per hours. An Embedded sacred touch is capable to open the bodies the being and recognize the journey of the SOUL . When we are able to surrender but at the same time to recognize back the interaction in a TOUCH there is a melting of our own reality and in that precise moment an expansions’ of our consciousness happens!!

4. Sacred Intimacy  -  the power to move, activate and liberate Conscious Sexual Energy

Sexual energy is not only a link to the process of sexual arousal, but is the power to create another human being. The limbic system within the brain is flooded with a surge of neurochemicals – these are the chemical messengers that forge emotions, feelings of attachment and even love. 1. Tantric Journey: From Sex to Divine Union

 Biggest discovery Tantra made in the field of sexuality and relationship is that energy centres ( chakras ) in men and women have an opposite energy charge. This is exactly what creates a magic attraction between man and woman. Positive charge - we give the energy, negative charge - we receive the energy. 1. Kashmiri Tantra Massage

Kashmiri Tantra Massage is a soft, sensual massage ritual from North India – a tradition of Kashmiri Shaivism. It unites the masculine, the feminine, your inner child, and the Buddha within (your godliness). The receiver gets in deep contact with these four energies.

Massage is done in a safe and grounded way, so whatever healing needs to happen, happens without the giver having a goal to heal the receiver. The whole body gets touched sensually, without focusing on specific body parts. An additional value is the healing that happens during the massage. Kashmiri tantra masters used this technique to heal the body, mind and soul.

We will practice tantric meditation transmitted directly in ancient books by Shiva to his wife Shakti. We will understand the difference between fast food tantra and real tantra. We will experience a Journey to the heart of Tantra. This is an offer for True Tantra Seekers who would like to make Tantra the path of their Spiritual Awakening.

Tantra is becoming increasingly popular with the uprising in numbers of teachers, workshops and tantra festivals all around the world. This is a reason to celebrate and at the same time, it brings a strong challenge in front of true seekers to distinguish between Tantra and what is sold in the name of Tantra (often sexual based neo practices). It's so important that Tantra should be presented in its purest form so that it remains a path of spiritual awakening rather than sexual perversion and unconscious indulgence.

 One of the classical tantric text dates 5000 years old is “Vigyan Bhairava Tantra” or “Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra”. Cast as a dialogue between Shiva and his consort Devi. Bhairavi, the goddess, asks Bhairava to reveal the essence of the way to realization of the highest reality. In his answer Bhairava describes 112 ways to enter into the universal and transcendental state of consciousness.

 Come and join Swami Anahata who is ready to take you on a poetic journey to learn 112 meditation methods of this classical text. It’s an introduction of this sacred text and its methods. We will be practicing 3 meditation methods from this book.

3. Sex, Power and Money (workshop for men)

What motivates and drives you in life? Perhaps you will immediately answer that family, career, freedom, love, sailing, traveling. But if you dig deep into your subconscious and take stock of all your desires, you'll discover that men's minds revolve most around three things: money, sex, and power. Swami Anahata calls them the Three Gates of Masculinity.

What will you learn at this workshop?

• You will discover which of these three aspects of Masculinity, called by Anahata the Gates of Masculinity, is dominant in your life
• You will unlock the key to success in your dominant Gate (in your strongest area)
• You will take a shamanic journey to strengthen your masculine energy in the other two areas

During workshop, we will use tribal rituals and initiations, meditations from ancient India and Tibet to discover the Three Gates of Masculinity and your true purpose in life and vocation.

The hormone testosterone influences men to be goal-oriented, territorial defense and competitive, as well as physically strong and sexually powerful. So we will learn ways to live with our testosterone-fueled nature to be in brotherhood with other men, discovering creative ways to resolve conflict and healthy competition. We will open the flow of energy in our solar plexus to regain our ability to face contradictions and challenges in life and become resilient.

We will use Taoist tantric practices to move and awaken your sexual energy through breathing. Once this energy is awakened, you will learn how to direct this energy inward and upward to awaken the Kundalini and open the chakra system. When you experience the flow of Kundalini energy and chakra energy, you will know for the first time the ecstasy of making Love.

1. Embracing our sexual Blueprint (for all)

How we love, how we feel pleasure, what we reject in sexuality is in a great way influenced by what we have seen as a child, what we have heard about pleasure, what was allowed or forbidden. Further than that, we are born in a culture that sees the expression of your desires and sexuality in a certain way. We wear this blueprint in our cells and it has a big impact in our daily life.

In this workshop we are going to dive in our pleasure & sexual blueprint. We are going to get in contact with our life force energy, our sexual energy in different times of our life, from our birth till the day of today.

2. Worshipping all energies in us (for all)

Tantra is the path and breaking up with patterns and ideas of who we are to be able to expand and feel who we are.  The god Ardhanarishvara represents the synthesis of masculine and feminine energies of the universe. It has the form of Shiva and Parvati in the same body.

For men and women day in the festival, or as a workshop another day, we would love to invite all genders and expressions to come together. It is time to give more space to share with each other about our different energies, about sexuality and pleasure. To realize how much we are alike and have the same strengths, vulnerabilities, desires, fears and wishes.

3. Conscious Tantric Massage (for all)

Tantra learns us to have contact with ourself, with all the feelings and desires that we may have. The way of tantra is the way of acceptance of what life moves in us. When we give a massage we are also full of thoughts, feelings, emotions… and to be aware of them can be very beautiful but also confronting. In this workshop we will first get in contact with ourselves before we get in contact with others.

We are going to practice with different qualities of touch, of making contact with each other. Then we will create a “Sacred Space” and we will guide you into a conscious massage where we use intention to direct our energy.

You can come to this workshop with your lover, or a chosen partner or even with two massage partners. Be aware that nudity is an option but not necessary. If you prefer to keep some clothes on that is perfectly OK.

4. Ritual of Pure Love (for all)

In this Ritual we will create a space together to meet in the most pure form of love, with openness, with softness, with infinite acceptance. In this ritual there will be nudity and of course you can keep your pants on.

1. Evening ritual: 1st Night of the Festival - Indoor meditation followed by outside Fire ceremony (for all)

People come with many reasons to a Festival. One of the things most of us are searching for is to learn from new experiences. To be able to let new things come to us we most times have to let go of what doesn´t serve us anymore. In this ritual, we meet in a group and meditate on what has brought us here. What are our intentions and desires for this festival and also what do we want to let go to make space for those new things. After the indoor meditation we go outside where the purifying energy of the fire will help us in our intentions…

2. Evening ritual: Temple night – Play and feel (for all)

In a Temple Night we create various corners or stations in which we can explore with or without partner. We offer a structure where people can choose different types of connections with others in a directed manner.

3. Morning practice: Tandava meditation (for all)

Tandava is a meditation dance. In the Tandava dance you follow the way into yourself to feel, to get in contact with your own energy. Tandava brings you in contact with what can be felt at every moment. To accept what you find in yourself. It is the dance that leads you into a field of not-knowing, intuition and sensitivity.

Born in 1979 in Freiburg im Braisgau, Germany, finally settled down in Oporto, Portugal. After graduating in clinical psycho-pedagogy, Cristiano was trained in Gestalt therapy; these tools permitted him to work during some years in the field of behavioural deviations. Simultaneously, he attended different theatrical and dance workshops.

Cristiano is one of the teaching staff at the Institute of Applied Psychology in the postgraduate course "Human Development and Therapy through Expressive Arts" and also collaborates with the Portuguese School of Biodanza through supervision of students and new teachers.

1. Waking up the HumAnimal

We all have a longing for what is wild, there are few antidotes accepted in our culture to respond to this ancient and burning desire, however most of us have been “civilized”, ashamed of this type of aspiration. However, the specter of the wild human continues to visit us day and night.

We have observed over the centuries, the reduction of space and the crushing of instinctive nature, for long periods, it was poorly managed, like wild fauna and virgin forests, it is no coincidence that wild and almost untouched regions of our planet disappear as the understanding of our own innermost wild nature fades, we are doing the same with the external nature as we are doing with the “inside” nature. We urgently need to do a psychic-archaeological excavations in the ruins of the underground world and from there recover the processes of the natural instinctive psyche.

Undomesticated women and men are synonymous with health. Its cycles change, its symbolic representations change, but in essence it does not change. By neglecting our animal side, we are nullifying a fundamental part that makes us human. Accessing and integrating this wild state is actually the place of support for all the psycological worlds.

Neelam was born into a family where philosophy, psychology, and spirituality were always present, She grew up with curiosity to explore the deeper meaning of life. Over the years, she attended numerous retreats, workshops, and trainings, learning from renowned spiritual teachers and experts in personal development.

As an essential part of her journey, she spent time at the OSHO International Meditation Resort in India, where she participated in residential programs while facilitating OSHO Active Meditations. Likewise, she experienced the transformative power of meditation in motion through Mystical Dancing, Yoga, Sufi Whirling, and Gurdjieff Sacred Dances.

Fascinated by Women’s Work, she drew from the wisdom of inspiring women such as Ma Ananda Sarita, Deva Homa, Astiko López, Sheri Winston, Turiya Hanover and Maneesha James, among others. She immersed herself in the world of Tantra and Sacred Sexuality, training as a Tantra teacher, and integrating it both professionally and in her personal life.

Simultaneously, she explored the spiritual dimension of the Enneagram, she trained as a Holistic Coach and she exposed herself to the latest findings in neuroscience. Recognizing the significance of trauma, she delved into its study through Somatic Experiencing®, and, as a result, her work is a combination of science and spirituality.

She had the privilege of attending The School for The Work, a highly transformational program taught by spiritual teacher Byron Katie. And motivated by that experience, she is currently training to become a facilitator for The Work®, a powerful process of self-inquiry and meditation designed to end our suffering and show us the path to freedom.

2. The Alchemy of Tantra - Blue Flame Meditation

In Osho’s Book of Secrets, where he discusses the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, he speaks of a phenomenon that was noted in Tibet in regards to the Tantric Sexual Union: when a couple is in sexual union and simultaneously in deep meditation, a blue aura of light surrounds them. 

“If the intercourse is very deep and very loving and long -really if the two lovers are just in a deep embrace, silent, non-moving, just being filled with each other, just remaining in a deep embrace- it happens. It has happened many times that a dark room will suddenly become filled with light, and both bodies will be surrounded with a blue aura.” —Osho  

The “Blue Flame Meditation” is designed to give you the opportunity to experience this blue aura. It can be done with your partner or with a friend, to activate your inner alchemy and have a taste of this experience.

Morning  Osho Nataraj  Meditation (1.30h)

Nataraj is the energy of dance. This is dance as a meditation, where inner division disappears and a subtle, relaxed awareness remains. Meditation happens when the dancer disappears and only the dance remains.

Morning Meditation – Loving is Receiving  (1h)

This meditation is an invitation to open ourselves into the universal love that is always present, within us and all around us. 

It is an opportunity to experience that love is omnipresent in the universe and all we need to do is open ourselves to receive it.

The birth of the music for the No Dimensions Meditation

“Well, this is how photography brought me to music via Osho: When the second photo session came, a month later, I had learned my lesson and, in order to avoid having to tell Osho to ‘do something’, we prepared a different set. He would sit on a big pillow on a carpet, surrounded by musical instruments like bells, gongs, Tibetan bowls, and even a guitar, so that he would have something to play with while we were taking pictures. In this way we wouldn’t risk to take the same picture 60 times because he was not moving, as it was happening in the first session.”

“The shooting went very smoothly, and he seemed to really enjoy not only playing with all those toys but also scaring Avirbhava, as he used to love doing in those days. As a matter of fact I took the above shot while he was intensely looking at her, shaking the Angklung (the Indonesian bamboo instrument) and she was flat against the opposite wall screaming like hell! It was indeed a very fun and quite dynamic session.”

“When at the end everyone left the room, I was left alone. I needed to take a little time to unwind from the intense energy of the session, so I sat down on the pillow where he had been sitting a few moments earlier, picked up the guitar he had just played, and started picking on its strings. A very simple and hypnotic tune came out immediately. I loved it. It sounded so familiar, and it drew me into itself making me soon lose the sense of time. When I finally got up, I was surprised to notice that almost an hour had passed! I left the room, but that tune followed me and stayed in my head for several months to come. When I later went back to Europe, it was still playing in my head, and I kept hearing it in all kind of different rhythms and variations. I finally thought that if I could put it down on a tape, maybe it would leave my head and I could eventually be free from its tyranny!”

WORKSHOPS

1. Doorway to Silence (Live Music Meditation):

In this meditation we use the sense of hearing as our entry doorway. When we listen attentively the traffic in our heads naturally stops because consciousness, engaged in the sensorial perception, is removed from the thinking process.

Meditation means to enquire into ourselves, to bring the light of awareness into our inner space, eventually helping us understand - or better say experience - who we really are.

Even though this process can be quite simple, it is often made difficult by the constant traffic of thoughts that clouds our perceptions. To help us facilitate that inner perception we can use different methods. One of them is through the awareness of the senses.  The senses - a natural gift we all received with this physical form - are like a doorway that in one direction leads to the perception of the outer world but once we invert the direction it takes us to the inner space and to the one who perceives. From object to subject. Or we can say from the content to the container.

When we listen attentively the traffic in our heads naturally stops because consciousness, engaged in the sensorial perception, is removed from the thinking process.

Sounds travel through the hearing organ, the ears. The ears are naturally always open,  receptive and available; but they are only an open channel. It is the inner space, it is consciousness that perceives the sounds.

Without consciousness we do not perceive sounds and that is why for example one can  fall asleep in front of a blaring TV without hearing anything.

During this meditation we will take advantage of this natural quality of hearing that does not need any efforts on our end but only a relaxed attention: through it we can perceive the vitality of the inner space - which is an intrinsic part of the joy of being. Through the body we can move beyond it and discover that in us exists something vaster.

Through music - and all the surrounding sounds - alternating with periods of meditative silence, we will be able to be more present to the Now and perceive the inner space - that is alive and beyond time - in which everything happens.

2. Hara Dancing

The Hara or Dan-Tien is the center in the belly where the energy the body needs to move is stored and generated. When people live in touch with this

center they live a healthy life. The format is a little similar in the very beginning to the meditation Lathian if you know what it is.

We tune into the Hara in total stillness while the music starts and we do not move until the Hara is generating the movements in us. Starting very slow but also building up to very vigorous movement. We could also calling it the Dance of the Energy. It's a fine tuning work within oneself  where at times the dancer is no longer there but only the moving energy is. When we dance from this center our dance is relaxed, fluid, sensual and alive! A typical example is the dancing of some of the people from Africa, a culture very connected with the Hara center.

1. Morning Mindfulness sessions:

Shastroʼs meditation sessions are usually divided into two parts:

In the first one, he shares his understanding of what meditation is and he often invites people to ask questions or share their experiences, making it a lively and ʼtailoredʼ session for the participants.

The second part is mostly in silence interspersed with gentle suggestions, guiding the practitioners into maintaining their attention in the present moment and encouraging them to witness all that arises within consciousness.

At times he also uses walking as a way to bring practitioners to experience a sense of meditation in movement.

1. Kirtan - Singing Circle with Shastro (mantras and songs):

Kirtan is an ancient format of singing in a group, typical of India, where we often sing with a call and response format (but not only). A beautiful way to generate and rise the energy while at the same time falling into a space of union with all the participants, unifying all hearts while riding high energy waves and softer moments. A true Bhakti path!

Singing together is one of the most ancient but also forgotten ways to feel the One Heart that connects us all.

When we unite our voices, we start vibrating on the same frequency, bringing us to feel all connected to each other. This helps our joy for life to come to the surface to be expressed and experienced.

He follows Tantra path where, through work with the body (Kriya Yoga, spontaneous dance, massages), breath, meditation, ritualism and sacred sexuality, he integrates male and female energy in himself to live fully. To be directed to pleasure through mindfulness.

He completed 3 trainee levels for the Teacher of Tantra and Shamanism with Ananda Rudra (practitioner, facilitator and teacher).

1. Wheel of Consent

The Wheel of Consent is a model that has been analyzing the nature of touch for years and how people enjoy being touched and experiencing touch. It aims to help understand the dynamics that occur between people: how to build touch with consent, what our needs are, and whether and how we communicate them. The Circle of Consent also shows us when a certain dynamic goes beyond consent and becomes our shadow. This line represents our boundary that we must take care of and monitor in order to build healthy, respectful relationships with our bodies and others. The workshop aims to teach you to distinguish dynamics, to ask, to permit, or to effectively decline with respect for the other person.

2. Toward Awakening - Kaula Tantra massage

This workshop is an experience of Tantric Kaula massage, in which both the partner and the facilitator utilize the tension and relaxation of the body to move energy and promote healing.

In the workshop space, we will surround you with care and warm welcome, creating an atmosphere that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the massage experience. Creating conditions conducive to complete relaxation and discovering your own body. This unique massage experience focuses on energy centers, breath, and organic movement. It allows you to relax, take care of your body, focus on yourself, notice signals from your body, and begin to work with it. During the workshops, you will push boundaries if you wish, which may limit you, and also raise your vibrations. Isabelle discovered her love of singing at a young age. She gained further experience in many different formations - from acoustic duets to cover rock bands. Her musical involvement has always been accompanied by writing her own songs. At the age of 22, in addition to learning to sing, she also started learning to play the guitar on her own. In 2016, at a seminar organized in Greece by jazz vocalist J.D. Waltersa she discovered her love for jazz, which has since become part of her expressive singing, performed with an open and moving voice. She also obtained a master's degree in jazz and pop singing from the ArtEZ Conservatory. In 2022, she released her mini-album, Liebe & Freiheit, combined with a book of poetry.
