Description
Full body, full breath, full potential.
Join us for a transformative 5-day workshop led by vocal teacher Julianna Bloodgood and breath teacher Arkadiusz Hezler. This unique event is designed for individuals seeking a deep connection with their own voice, body, and breath. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, this workshop will boost your confidence, improve your health, reduce stress, and deepen your connection with yourself and others.
The main drivers of our lives are breath and heart. These two inseparable parts accompany us from birth to death. Practices based on breath and movement aim to connect with our body and release the blocks stored within it, allowing us to live with lightness and pleasure.
The workshop aims to explore voice and body as experiences through breath and the space around us. The body serves as our gateway to all sources of creativity. Sounds, songs, and words, through dynamic exploration, will help discover its various sources. Through fluid movement and breath, we can awaken sound vibrations within the body - resonating in bones and tissues - bringing forth new possibilities of vocal and life expression.
WORKSHOP PROGRAM:
Embodied Voice Workshops
An embodied approach to voice training utilizing somatic practices and vocal techniques, enhancing awareness, awakening, and activating us for a more conscious life, full of expression and creativity.
Voice of Release/Głos Uwolnienia is an original method for expressing emotions through voice and understanding this process within our bodies. Designed to create internal understanding of the voice through the body, as well as contact with it. Discovering the "resonators" of the body - spaces that carry and amplify voice vibrations.
Breath, movement, energy, and meditations – Fundamental practices of Tantra Kaula
Focusing on embodying our soul in matter, tantric practices treat the physical body as a vehicle, a temple that needs to be cared for. Thus, the practices become dynamic and energetic. Working with breath as a key source of our practices allows us to examine ourselves and others in our own eyes.
Improvisation and group voice exploration
Vocal improvisation designed to create freedom of sound, tone, and singing. Group voice exploration to awaken the power of voice in a group, sharing and receiving support during exchange.
Walks and relaxation time
The long weekend will also provide an opportunity for outdoor practices, walks, bonfires, and contact with the Power of Nature and Stone Circles. Exploring the charms of the Center will be a wonderful adventure away from everyday life.
Tantra Kria Yoga
These ancient techniques activate life energy within the area of the 3 energetic channels (Ida - right, Pingala - left, and Shuhunmny - spine), which are some of the fundamental principles offered by Tantra. The fluidity of cerebrospinal fluid in the spinal cord and its movement have extraordinary abilities to purify, activate energy, and even enter expanded states of consciousness.
Desires, fears, boundaries
Allowing for taking, serving, asking, or allowing are fundamental actions, important for every practitioner and person engaging in physical contact with a partner. Understanding the clear and dark sides of each of these dynamics determines how we build close relationships and contact.

Voice emission
Expressing our diverse emotions through voice is a natural process. Through a supportive and friendly environment, community support, and powerful active voice, our feelings can become a beauty that we can transform and release. We will go through various techniques of creative expression and release through voice.
Integration of experiences
Each exercise will be reflected upon, discussed, and integrated on different levels: physical, emotional, relational, mental, and spiritual. Working in different states of consciousness requires time to reflect and anchor in reality.
Workshop's Aim and Objectives:
- Take care of your body
- Deepen your understanding of the vocal process through the body.
- Boost your confidence and the power of your voice.
- Become more present in your physical and emotional expression.
- Activate your body for experience
- Learn ancient breathwork techniques
- Have a great time learning from two wonderful teachers and spending time in a magical center

Preparation of participants:
Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothes suitable for movement and to take a notebook with them.
JULIANNA’S PARTICIPANTS TESTIMONIALS:
Mia
This workshop is my first voice work experience and it has opened up so much to me. The connection between voice and body, recognizing how natural it is to let out voices (but very often we restrain ourselves ). I will take with me the wonderful energy of the whole group, but especially of Julianna who, with her approach, pushes the boundaries of our expression, instills confidence and invites us to play! Wonderfully! I want to thank her for everything she has given us in these two days, with a lot of heart and authenticity. Thank you !
Marija
I was energized by the workshop, filled with positive emotions, developed the parts of me that were suppressed. It invited me on an inner journey. It released some fears, showed me what I needed to work on, where I was stuck. It entertained me, enriched me, gave me an idea for some new creative solutions in the current project.
Maria
Julianna is one of the most generous teachers I have ever encountered. She opens a very deep and at the same time safe space that she holds with great respect to everyone’s personal journey. Her invitation to go deep and to connect with what lies hidden within, our authentic voice, is delivered with such care, wisdom, and trust, that one feels safe to follow her, ultimately finding the strength and trust to follow one’s own voice.
Felix
The method she is using and the way Julianna Bloodgood teaches are breathtaking! As a participant you are taken on a journey of self-discovery and tension release to a level that you wouldn't believe is possible in that short amount of time.
Eirini
With her extreme consciousness, after so much practice and observation, a looooong way of exploring and improving, Julianna builds a super safe space for each one to materialize, vocalize, expresses, manifest our inner, deep powerful landscapes. She helps us to re-discover the connection with our roots, our stories and our people but also to bring in frond our future steps. Every meeting is an multilevel experience beyond just a voice workshop! It’s a gift to ourselves being able to tune in our greatness of existence.
AREK’S PARTICIPANTS TESTIMONIALS:
“The workshops with Arek helped me practice the issues of boundaries in practice. Talking about them and taking care of them. It definitely helped me incorporate a better understanding of myself and my own boundaries into my everyday life, but also how to deal with them in relationships with others.”
"I highly recommend it, Arek runs the workshops with great sensitivity and directness, very specifically and precisely defining what we will do."
“For me, the workshops with Arek were pure magic. This meeting was about focusing on yourself, being here and now, greater awareness of yourself, your body, and the use of your own energy. I heartily recommend it!”
