The beginners and advanced participants are welcome to the next edition of the breath transformation cycle. This time we will focus on the heart and pelvis.
We will look at the patterns of abandonment and rejection, unlock the energy of the heart and open ourselves to the flow of love. We will also awaken the pelvis - the center of our energy, in order to enjoy a fuller sexuality and pleasure.
The workshop will be run by Govind Pushan, a certified Osho therapist with 13 years of international experience and his assistants. By gaining experience in many modalities of work, Pushan created his own method - dynamic tension release - combining bioenergetic breath, somatic experience, and meditation. He travels with workshops all over the world focusing on opening the body and healing the trauma so that it is possible to regain access to vital energy and regain contact with his or her authentic self.
About his work, he says: our natural breathing rhythm which is reliable for the correct flow of vital energy is often hampered by the cumulative daily stress and difficult past events. On the physical level, we lack vitality and relaxation, on the psychic level we unconsciously reproduce old mechanisms of functioning.
Dynamic tension release is a practical and effective approach that allows you to disarm tension in the body segment by segment. It combines many proven methods of work: A.Lowen bioenergetics, P.Levine's trauma approach, somatic experience, breathing sessions, Osho meditations.
Transformation through breathing is a cycle of breathing workshops in 2017 that will help us regain vitality, power, authenticity, the ability to feel and live fully. Our natural rhythm of breath naturally responsible for the amount of energy, power, spontaneity, and creativity is often blocked due to cumulative daily stress and difficult past events and defense mechanisms. This blocks the natural flow of energy from the bottom to the top is and in consequence, we live unconsciously replaying the past, cut off from one another and people, condemned to a limited set of life strategies.
We will go beyond the habitual tendencies, we will release stress, we will regain our freedom, creative power, connection with body, heart, and spirit. We will unlock the flow of energy and we will connect fully with each other, with each other and with life. We achieve this by gradually disarming body tensions, segment by segment. We use Bioenergetics by A. Lowen, Peter Levine's somatic approach, somatic experience, respiratory sessions, numerous Osho meditations, dance, and touch. We will learn techniques for releasing emotions and relaxation useful in everyday life.
Because of the stress and duties of our daily life, as well as the early events in our childhood, unconsciously we have created a big amount of tension and contraction in our bodies. Often these unconscious tensions are the cause of many different diseases and health problems and lack of energy in our life.
Dynamic tension release is a powerful method that combines different techniques, which support us to discharge old tensions, contractions, and stress. It will create new space and harmonize our body and mind. Our life energy will flow freely again, makes us feel rejuvenated, vital and healthy.
In each part of the training you will deepen your knowledge on:
- The three brains
- The impact of contraction and stress on the nervous system
- To reconnect with our bodies, our emotions and felt senses through expression
- Regain emotional freedom and creativity
- To distinguish the different segments in our bodies and the different qualities that correspond to each of them
- We will learn how to balance our nervous system from action to relaxation and experience the natural flow of our Qui
- We will learn different meditations, exercises, and movements that you can use in your daily life to regulate yourself.
We will use breathing techniques, bioenergetics, tension-releasing exercises, active meditations and other methods to unlock our bodies, unload old tensions and find the forgotten state of deep relaxation.
The workshop will be translated from English into Polish!

Pushan Govind
Govind Pushan is a certified Osho therapist 13+ years. After many years of running his own company in Spain his life took turn and Pushan met with shamanism and spirituality. Among all those years he had been trained in many modalities. His work focuses on personal transformation and self growth mainly through breath therapy, somatic experience and meditations. He invented bioenergetic breath - somatic experience fusion and with this technique he helped many individuals in their path of self transformation to find their authentic self.
He is still giving workshops and trainings all over the world related with opening the body and releasing the trauma in our system to have an access to our vital life energy and find harmony in our body and mind in our daily life. Some of his trainings includes: master breath training, somatic experience (trauma healing), relationship councelling, tantra, counceling training, meditative therapy.
